Here we go sailors, this particular rune was something we planned for Phase 1, but HAD to rework it because its was too overpowered. Here’s what you need to know and how you can use the Refine Rune for Phase 2

Common: Increases MAX buffrate to 3.8

Rare: Increases MAX buffrate to 4.6

Epic: Increases MAX buffrate to 5.6

Legendary: Increases MAX buffrate to 6.8

Transcendent: Increases MAX buffrate to 9.0
